Our Code of Ethics and Integrity in business is to promote the highest standards of ethical conduct among our Agents, Administrators and Vendors for the benefit of the marketplace, the workplace, the community and the environment.
Understanding the responsibility of our interactions with the people and businesses of our community, we strive to encourage and foster high ethical standards among our colleagues and associates, hereby adopting the following Code of Ethics to guide and inspire us.
I pledge honesty, integrity, and quality in business. I recognize that the cornerstone of success is treating all clients, customers and colleagues fair, with compassion and a commitment to service. I understand and agree to abide by the foregoing Code of Ethics. I will not accept or tolerate unethical practices in my business, from my co-workers, associates, or vendors.
